December 15, 2007Update: Delegates at the 2007 Bali global warming summit stayed up all night after the conference was supposed to have ended Friday, December 14, and proposed two compromises. Finally, the United States said, “We will go forward and join consensus.” Earlier boos against the American delegation then turned to cheers.

December 11, 2007 Albuquerque, New Mexico - The National Investigations Committee On Aerial Phenomenon, also known as NICAP, reported in its July “UFO INVESTIGATOR” newsletter that discs had been seen close-up near the ground in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

December 7, 2007 Albuquerque, New Mexico - Last week I presented the eyewitness testimony of an Albuquerque family – Paul McKeever, his mom and aunt - who watched a white, glowing disc move slowly in a 9 PM twilight sky over the city on May 28, 1974, and then chased after it in their car to dirt roads in the Sandia hills. There they saw the disc still glowing and apparently hovering horizontally on the side of a rocky hill, surrounded at a distance by military security armed with M-16s and facing the disc.

Part 1 introduced the X-20 Dyna-Soar ("Dynamic Soarer") boost/lift concept that was a United States Air Force program evolving out of Project Paperclip - the German Nazi rocket scientists brought to the United States after WWII - to develop a space plane that could be used for a variety of military missions, including reconnaissance, bombing, space rescue, satellite maintenance and sabotage of enemy satellites. Officially, the Dyna-Soar program was under the administration of the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA) from October 24, 1957, to December 10, 1963.
