Updated October 29, 2015 - Albuquerque, New Mexico - The sun set at 8:35 PM Eastern on Tuesday, June 28, 2015, in Richmond Hill, Georgia, a few miles southwest of Savannah and the Hunter Army Airfield. Two hours before at 5:34 PM, Army Sergeant 1st Class “C.J.”, his wife, two children, a dog and a cat set off in their pickup truck for a family move to Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Fort Carson. C. J. programmed their Colorado Springs “final destination” into his new GPS.

Updated with mp3 audio October 29, 2015 Albuquerque, New Mexico - By the early morning of June 30, 2015, after driving again all night from Kennesaw, Georgia, north of Atlanta, C. J. and his family checked into a Motel 6 in Paducah, Kentucky. Exhausted, C. J. fell into a deep sleep and remembers dreaming and becoming conscious in the motel bathroom writing down all the above squares and vertical lines on the back of his letter-size Credit Card Sales Receipt.

The document is entitled “Edward Teller’s Pitch to President Reagan for SDI” (Strategic Defense Initiative). The date was July 2, a year or two after Ronald Reagan became president in January 1981.

More Half-Cats in St. Petersburg, Florida and Half-Cat History

October 18, 2015 St. Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg, Florida, police were warning residents to keep pets inside their homes after a second half cat mutilation in the past two months was found on October 8, 2015, in the 4400 block of 13th Lane N.E. in St. Petersburg.

St. Petersburg, Florida, is 20 miles from MacDill AFB across Old Tampa Bay. The October 8, 2015, half-cat mutlation at 13th Lane N. E. is marked by the Google pointer. Southwest in the Historic Kenwood district a smaller red circle marks the September 29th "cleanly cut in half" cat mutilation.

July 9, 2015   Wheat Ridge, Colorado - Since 1999, Earthfiles has produced 57 reports about bloodless half-cat mutilations in the United States, Canada, England and Singapore. One region that has had repeated half-cat reports is Denver, Colorado. In November 2002, the Denver Dumb Friends League working with the Aurora Animal Control Office, a suburb 10 miles east of Denver's Capitol Hill, reported ten cats and other small animals such as rabbits and squirrels had been found cleanly cut up without blood or signs of struggle.
